Fortnightly Meditation and Self-Development Groups

Good day, and welcome to another blog. I’m excited to announce that I’m running fortnightly meditation and self-development groups.

Being self-aware is so important. We give so much of our energy away when we get triggered by a situation or person. I’ll teach techniques to understand triggers, yet how to cope and not give our energy where it’s not necessary. When we begin to understand ourselves, we can begin the journey of reclaiming our energy, our creativity, and our intuition and begin the journey towards enlightenment, peace, fulfilment, and so much more. Meditation is the best way to calm and still the Monkey Mind. All spiritual teachers recommend a variety of meditation techniques. One of the easiest is to close your eyes and pop your hands over your heart centre. Allow yourself to still the mind and connect to the body through the heart. The heart has its own intelligence, which is such an incredible revelation. I’ll be in the shop for questions/chats for a while afterwards. There’s local parking on nearby roads or lots of car parks—Aldi/Sainsburys. There’s two-hour free parking on the promenade, too. Otherwise, Hornby Rd or East Bank St. You’re welcome to pay me in cash, or I can send my bank details.
